My name is Birgit Jurock and I am 54. Interested in Natural Health. I’m married and live with 4 children and two dogs in Sechelt in British Columbia on the Sunshine Coast. (Right now we have lots of “liquid sunshine”) and it is said that people over here don’t get old, they rust.
I am not a doctor. I’m a health coach. I want to share my experience, what I have found that has helped me greatly.
